ARTICULOS PUBLICADOS SOBRE C&S

In this Xerophilia article I discuss some growing notes on the needs and propagation of African Lithops succulents, a beautiful genus of pebble-like arid plants.
The plant genus Lithops, also known as "living stones" or "stone plants", is a striking example of the wonderful diversity and adaptation that nature can generate. These small succulents, belonging to the Aizoaceae family like Conophytum, are native mainly to semi-arid regions of South Africa, Namibia and other areas of southwestern Africa. Their camouflaged appearance and ability to blend into their rocky surroundings have made them an intriguing phenomenon for botanists and hobbyists alike.
